JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide planning and management of product development projects, leading a project team consisting of members drawn from different functions within the company* Ensure projects are completed to specification, on time and within budget* Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members* Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges* Carry out design reviews and stage gate reviews* Interact with external vendors and manufacturing partners* Work with procurement team and CDM to assist them with technical input to ensure timely preparation of BoM for products* Regularly report progress to senior management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- M.Sc. in a relevant technology area, such as Integrated Photonics, Optics, Electrical Engineering
- 3 years of relevant experience in technical project management
- Ability to adapt and operate under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
