Responsibilities:
- Set the strategic direction for global total rewards, HR operations, and

- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing, globally distributed team—driving
- Design and deliver compensation and benefits programs that attract and

- Build and scale a next-generation HR operations platform, including global

Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
- 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior
- A strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, ideally in
