We’re seeking a social-native, storytelling-driven marketer to lead and grow Silipint’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You will:
- Own organic social strategy for Instagram and TikTok
- Create content that drives engagement and virality
- Build and manage our affiliate program from the ground up
- Define and maintain the brand’s voice across all digital channels
This is a high-ownership role, ideal for someone early in their career who is sharp, creative, and deeply fluent in internet culture.
Instagram (Organic)
- Elevate brand storytelling and showcase product differentiation
- Highlight benefits (BPA-free, sand-based silicone, etc.) in fun, visual ways
- Bring forward our design POV—why we built it, how it works
- Showcase product features—like being unbreakable, dishwasher-safe, and kid-proof—through creative, everyday storytelling
TikTok Strategy
- Lead creator-first content with a focus on authenticity and virality
- Jump on trends, green-screen news cycles, and drive share-worthy moments
- Develop a casual, relatable tone that stands out without feeling forced
Affiliates (GRIN, UpPromote, etc.)
- Own affiliate strategy: growth, engagement, and payout
- Source and manage affiliate creators, from nano to mid-tier
- Build out reporting, communication cadence, and performance tracking
Channel Management
- Own content calendars and tone across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with product and marketing to support launches and promos
- Bring creative ideas to the table—always
- 1–3 years in social media, content, or brand marketing
- Deep fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and creator culture
- Strong visual instincts and a deep understanding of what drives engagement, shares, and saves-knows how to craft pacing, hooks, and storytelling that feels native and compelling across platforms.
- Comfortable writing captions, scripting TikToks, and working with creators
- A self-starter who loves taking ideas and running with them
- Not afraid to experiment, move fast, and try things that haven’t been done yet
- Experience in customization/print-on-demand logistics
- Familiarity with ASI/PPAI or promo fulfillment
- Background in turnaround or growth-stage companies
- Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000/year (depending on experience, skills, and qualifications)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 15% of base salary
