Branch Manager
Silmar Electronics, one of the largest family-owned, independent wholesale distributors of electronic security, fire, CCTV, access control, commercial and residential sound systems, is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in South Florida.
Responsibilities will include:
· Supervise sales on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
· Identify skill gaps and coordinate trainings to sales team.
· Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
· Assist in employee recruitment, promotion and retention activities.
· Stay up to date with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
· Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
· Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
· Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
· Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
· Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Keep salesforce database updated on a weekly base.
· Responsible for the daily administrative and operational aspects of the branch.
· Responsible for the local RMA process.
· Weekly management of open pick tickets.
· Responsible for local inventory management.
Qualifications: Wholesale/distribution management and sales experience is preferred. Low voltage or technology hardware experience is also preferred. Room for career growth is possible and encouraged. College degree is required.
