Farm Hand (Seasonal)

This role is essential in supporting daily farm operations, ensuring the well-being of vines and maintaining farm machinery. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment, including welding and using power tools.
• Work with the team as needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Participate in planting, growing, and harvesting crops while adhering to agricultural best practices.
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal water supply for crops.
• Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment for various farming tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm facilities and equipment.

Experience

• Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred.
• Supervising experience is a plus for overseeing team members.
• Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery operation and repair is essential.
• Experience with horticulture or greenhouse operations is beneficial.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely.
