We are seeking an experienced Activities Director to join our Skilled Nursing facility in Bristol, RI!

Position Summary:
The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, coordinate, and direct resident activity programs utilizing resources of the facility and the community. Recruit, supervise and support staff. Conduct activities in accordance with residents' needs. Participate in the development and implementation of the assessment process and resident care plan. Maintain necessary record keeping. You must carry out assigned duties, in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established facility policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and a completed training course approved by the state.
- Two years of experience in a social or recreational program or a resident activities program in a health-care setting. Supervisory experience preferred.
