It’s the way you want to be treated. Summary: Develops, coordinates and delivers care to newly delivered maternity patient population on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Focus NICU Department. Maintains the standards for IBLCL lactation consultants as delineated by the International Lactation Consultant Association. Collaborates with CNA/SNA, LPN, RN or other health care workers as appropriate. Requirements: Certification by International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC). Previous experience as Lactation Consultant in a hospital or clinic setting required. CPR.
