What are the responsibilities and job description for the Girls Varsity Tennis Coach position at Silver Lake Regional School District?
Silver Lake Regional High school is in search of a a Varsity Girls' Tennis Coach in charge of training and management of the high school girls' tennis program.
Qualifications:
- Experience coaching high school tennis; experience working with students
- Previous high school coaching experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Teach the skills and strategies of tennis to student-athletes in grades 9-12.
- Be a role-model and teacher of tennis, including: practice, game day coaching, conditioning of athletes, supervision of athletes, maintenance of practice facility and equipment.
- Determine awards for students and provide the athletic department with a list of team needs. Communicate regularly with families as needed.
