What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Silver Leaf Property Management?
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing company.
You will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance requests as well as a rotating evening and weekend on-call emergency maintenance schedule. You must have a well-rounded background in various maintenance work including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, wall repair, etc. You must own a variety of basic hand tools. We will provide specialty tools required.
Hourly rate depends on experience.
Required Experience:
- General Maintenance Experience
- Working knowledge of work orders and purchase orders
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs with ease
- Must be able to work on and off a ladder
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able work with hand tools
Other Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
