Marketing Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of the Marketing Coordinator is to manage the flow of marketing information and communication from multiple sources, including management and team members at Silver Lining Herbs as well as external marketing firms and partners, and disseminate it appropriately. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist in the creation and implementation of the organization’s marketing strategy, in order to ensure that all customer and community touch points are reflective of the brand’s image.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Creation of content which meets our customer standards
- Creating and managing monthly promotions
- Review and approve content on a daily basis
- Develop knowledge of herbal human, equine, and canine health, and wellness products
- Understand company, products, services, and delivery model
- Develop and deliver social media optimization (SMO)
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices
- Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms aligning with company brand
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills to support the user needs while also advancing, promoting, and protecting the Silver Lining Herbs brand.
- Strong computer skills and highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Windows, Google Suite, HubSpot, Photoshop, Light Room, and Canva
- Outstanding organization and administrative accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and create documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and written correspondence
- Assist team members in achieving their goals by aligning their goals with store goals
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- GED or High School Diploma required; BS in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years of marketing or advertising experience required
- Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and best practices, digital communications, and social media strategies
- Photography & videography
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking
- Must be able to lift at least 25lbs

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
