What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at Silver Star Protection Group?
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, conducting interviews, hiring, and onboarding; working closely with the hiring manager and operations teams
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Screen applicants and select qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews; both in person and virtual
- Source candidates through databases and social networks
- Proactively identify future hiring needs
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR and leadership teams
- Assist with processing background checks
- Support various projects
- Participate in required trainings
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Recruiting experience and firm understanding of recruiting and human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
- Team player w/ advanced problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change
- Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Salary commensurate with experience
