What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Support Associate position at Silver Vase, Inc?
The Account Support Associate will work with the Account Manager to give support on new and existing clients. Account Support Associate will be the clients first point of contact to answer their questions and increase client satisfaction.
Responsibilities, but not limited to
- Building rapport with clients
- Assist Account Managers in managing sales and sales order entries and administrative tasks.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key cross functional departments.
- Ability to collect and analyze information
- Problem Solver
- Answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings and sales appointments, and follow up with customers about their order status.
- Entering and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requesting for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet deadlines on core tasks
- Consistently meet an exceptional level of accuracy on core tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Excel
Requirements
- Consistently maintain an exceptional level of punctuality
- Associates' degree
- Proficiency in office software
