Veterinary Receptionist

Silverado Veterinary Hospital, located in Napa, CA, is searching for a Receptionist to join our client service team!

This full-time position consists of five 8-hours shifts scheduled Monday-Saturday with a rotating Saturday.

The ideal candidate:

• 1 year of customer service experience in a fast paced environment
• Team player, empathetic, reliable
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Remains calm in emotional, stressful, and fast-paced environments

Some of the responsibilities for this role:

• Client service and communication
• Managing phone lines and email
• Scheduling appointments
• Setting up new clients and patients
• Over the counter sales and financial transactions
• General hospital cleaning
