The Senior Intelligence Analyst will support the Intelligence Community (IC) customer by providing expert analysis on foreign malign influence, particularly regarding free and fair elections. This role requires producing ICD-203 compliant finished intelligence products and delivering concise, articulate, and polished analytical outputs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role Overview
The Senior Intelligence Analyst will support the Intelligence Community (IC) customer by providing expert analysis on foreign malign influence, particularly regarding free and fair elections. This role requires producing ICD-203 compliant finished intelligence products and delivering concise, articulate, and polished analytical outputs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Primary Duties
- Produce ICD-203 compliant finished intelligence products for the customer.
- Conduct analysis of foreign malign influence on free and fair elections.
- Write and deliver high-quality analytic documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings, including the use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Collaborate effectively within the IC structure and member organizations, ensuring alignment with their roles and capabilities in analysis, collection, and core enabling functions.
- Address intelligence priority topics and support intelligence information needs.
- Proactively manage tasks and meet short deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Communicate complex data clearly to nontechnical customers through strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in analyzing foreign malign influence on free and fair elections.
- Proficiency in writing ICD-203 compliant finished intelligence products.
- Strong technical writing and briefing skills, including experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the IC’s structure, roles, and capabilities regarding analysis, collection, or core enabling functions.
- Understanding of intelligence priority topics and supporting intelligence information needs.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure environments, multitasking effectively to meet deadlines.
- Experience working on or in support of the Joint Staff.
- Experience writing about messaging and potential malign actors.
- Relevant certifications in intelligence analysis or related disciplines are highly desirable.
