Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse family law caseload
- Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice
- Draft and review legal documents (pleadings, motions, agreements)
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and stay current on NJ family law developments
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support
Required Skills
- NJ State Bar admission in good standing
- Experience in family law and litigation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Salary : $120,000 - $155,000
