Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Team Manager at simatec in Charlotte, NC. As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing customer support operations, managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service to clients on a daily basis.
