Position Summary:
The Retail Store Stock Associate is responsible for overseeing all incoming and outgoing product and supplies, supports daily store operations and provides World Class customer service to help achieve sales objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately processes incoming and outgoing product and weekly supply orders in a timely manner.
- Maintains all shipping and receiving functions including processing stock, ticketing product, transfers and cycle counts.
- Routinely stocks the sales floor and register area with product and supplies, before and during store hours.
- Ongoing maintenance, organization, and upkeep of all non-selling areas, ie: stock rooms and back stock areas.
- Supports retail store on the floor during busy times, including: restocking, interacting with customers, gift wrapping, etc.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prep work for and participation in year-end inventory process
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of retail and/or shipping and receiving experience
- Excellent communication and customer skills
Qualifications Desired:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills preferred
- Experience using Point of Sale system preferred
