Simpatico Coffee is looking for a Full Time, Year-Round Barista
With a passion for serving the local community since 2011, Simpatico Coffee is a favorite local spot. We are hiring for our Holland cafe's that are well-known for outstanding service, premium coffee drinks, and house made baked goods.
We are proud to provide a safe and professional, fun and low stress work environment. We offer a flexible schedule that has you home by dinner, short weekend shifts with no major holidays, top of the industry pay, and paid vacation. This is an hourly position plus tips.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and partner with management to resolve issues with guests
- Ensure all cafe areas are clean and follow all state and local health guidelines and regulations
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and continue to grow our reputation
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines
- Good math skills
- Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Customer service mindset
- High school diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,500.00 - $48,000.00 per year
