Job Summary:
Simple Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in greater San Francisco Bay Area. Our office is located in Roseville, CA, but we will need you to travel within the Bay Area to different clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, building relationships with clients, and working towards achieving sales goals. This is a full-time, commission-only sales position that offers the potential for high earning potential and the opportunity to work with a reputable and successful brokerage.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only sales position with a competitive commission structure. Based on performance, our Real Estate Agents can earn anywhere from $45,000 to $125,000 per year. In addition to potential earnings, our Real Estate Agents also have access to professional development opportunities, marketing support, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities so client questions may be answered.
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process.
- Find homes that meet buyer clients criteria and budget to generate sales faster.
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants basing on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria.
Requirements:
- Active California real estate license required
- Proven track record of successful sales and achieving goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client's schedules
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
