Job Summary:
Works with other installers and independently, in the completion of installs and service calls. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned. Tech is also responsible for assigned vehicle care and maintenance.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Complete security and surveillance installations
- Program security systems
- Install systems per sales design
- Interact with sales staff so install is completed based on customer expectations
- Program security and surveillance systems
- Knowledge of advanced security measures
- Advanced knowledge of Alarm.com platform
- Advanced knowledge of Alarm.com Mobile Tech
- Proficient with Alarm.com access control
- Excellent customer service skills
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
- Ability to work on rotating “on-call” service schedule
- Alarm.com certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of DSC required
- Advanced knowledge of Qolsys preferred
- Advanced knowledge of 2GIG
- Advanced knowledge of Alarm.com products required
- Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of access control
- Strong knowledge of both hard-wired and wireless installation
- Strong knowledge of new construction trim
- Strong knowledge of networking
- Maintain confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of large deployments in custom homes
- Clean driving record and background check
- Current Sheriffs card or ability to obtain required
- Minimum 5 years security and surveillance required
- Positive attitude and teamwork required
