  • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

    • Responsibilities

  • Responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the hospitals Sterile Processing functions, including decontamination, assembly, and sterilization.
  • All reprocessing / distribution / pickup, and all hiring, training, and coordination of the work of all Sterile Processing staff.
  • Manage all staff to include scheduling, time approval, hiring and corrective action as needed.
  • The Manager is also responsible for all regulatory agency compliance for in-house sterilization of instruments and equipment.

    • Qualifications

    Job Requirements :

  • More than 5 years of Sterile Processing experience
  • 3 years of leadership experience with direct reports
  • CRCST, CSPDT or CST certification

    • Preferred Job Requirements :

  • Associates degree in related field, or applicable experience
