What You’ll Do
- Lead the full marketing function across digital, social, events, and content
- Own lead generation and conversion strategy across channels
- Build and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.)
- Improve SEO, website engagement, and conversion funnels
- Plan and publish content for social media, newsletters, blogs
- Manage creative and media vendors/agencies
- Report on KPIs like cost per lead (CPL), ROI, engagement, and traffic
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and a part-time event coordinator
- Introduce marketing automation or AI tools to improve workflow
You’re a Fit If You Have…
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in legal, healthcare, or other high-trust sectors
- Proven success in full-funnel campaign management — from strategy to reporting
- Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, paid social, and content marketing
- Proficiency in Squarespace, Canva, GA4, CRM tools, and marketing automation systems
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and giving creative feedback
- Strong storytelling skills and brand voice consistency
- The ability to track, measure, and act on performance data
- A bias toward action, not perfection — you’re calm under pressure and own outcomes
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Notion AI
Location & Work Setup
- Hybrid role (after onboarding) based in Fort Mill, SC (preferred)
- Weekly in-office collaboration with firm leadership and team
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60K–$80K base
