Key Responsibilities
- Lead production staff to ensure safety, compliance, and performance
- Ensure compliance with SQF and HACCP
- Track KPIs and create daily reports
- Utilize ERP / MRP system and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure OSHA compliance
Key Qualifications
- Background in Food & Beverage manufacturing
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- 5 years experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
