The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Manager to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations. This role requires a results-driven leader who can balance business strategy with hands-on management in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily club operations, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality guest experience

-Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence

-Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, drive foot traffic, and enhance customer loyalty

-Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, events, and campaigns

-Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

-Handle guest relations with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

-3 years of management experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment venues (strip club experience a plus but not required)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams

-Proven track record in driving sales, improving operations, and creating memorable guest experiences

-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
