Minimum Qualifications:

Job Duties:
- Oversee food production and service adherence to Department of Health regulations
- Schedule staff and manage menus
- Supervise dining services personnel, ensuring timely, quality food service
- Direct Dietary Aides in meal service and clean-up, maintaining standards
- Complete required forms and reports as per departmental policies
