Job Duties
- Maintain, support, and optimize Microsoft Entra ID, including:
- Enterprise Applications
- App Registrations
- Conditional Access Policies
- Privileged Access Management
- Configure and manage Azure-based resources, including:
- Virtual Machines and underlying components
- Resource groups and service integrations
- Administer Intune for endpoint management and compliance
- Write, manage, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and CoPilot
- Configure, maintain, and support networking equipment, including:
- Cisco Meraki
- Ubiquiti (intermediate understanding required)
- Maintain software, hardware, and networks across all office locations.
- Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure through monitoring and maintenance of firewalls and network configurations.
- Provide help desk support, troubleshooting remote and on-site issues.
- Support platforms like Zoom, SharePoint, and RingCentral.
- Act as a self-starter and independent worker who can drive projects forward.
- Creating, documenting, and implementing strategies for improving IT processes and systems.
- Travel to various office locations to support on-site infrastructure needs and desktop support.
- 7 years of relevant IT experience in systems engineering or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Meraki, Intune), networking hardware (e.g., Ubiquiti) and similar IT tools.
- Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting tools such as Zoom, RingCentral, Adobe, OneDrive, Office 365, SharePoint, Lists, Power Automate, and Exchange Online.
- Certifications such as AZ-900 or CMSS are a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
- Ability to travel to other office locations to provide on-site support, as needed.
- Project management skills, including vendor coordination and team leadership.
- Experience in a legal or law firm setting preferred.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
