Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking a well-qualified Service Advisor to act as the liaison for service technicians and customers. In this position, you will be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in the service lane.
$60 - $100k annual wage
What you will do
- Create a relationship with our customer by understanding their automotive concerns
- Help with customer’s needs and explain mechanical concerns with vehicles
- Properly document all recommended services and information related to the vehicle
- Prepare and complete proper paperwork for final customer packet for vehicle delivery
