Marketing Specialist / Brand Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented and results-driven individual responsible for coordinating a wide range of marketing initiatives with team members, vendors, and other departments. This role requires a deep understanding of content marketing, multichannel marketing, and key metrics tracking and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns with team members, agencies, compliance, ensuring timely delivery
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing content, emails, videos, and other collateral.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor content performance and update best practices and industry trends.
• Work closely with team members to ensure content is on-brand, engaging, and educational.
• Conduct market research to gather data on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

Experience

• 4 years of experience in content strategy and campaign management
• Strong understanding best practices, content marketing principles, and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and strong editing abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Illustrator, Photo Shop), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• A passion for creating engaging and educational content
