We are seeking a Tea House Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Coaching and training your team to hit their efficiency scores. You are responsible for the daily operation of food service, sales, and production. You direct staff to ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience, and manage the business to ensure that it is profitable.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities and production schedules
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train, coaching, and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet tea house needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Evaluated daily the operations of the tea house
- Track, purchase and maintain store inventory
- Track overages and shortages of food waste.
