Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Leader to support the PALM Remediation Program. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-starting leader with exceptional communication, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. This individual will work with minimal supervision and serve as a key member of the leadership team to support various administrative, operational, and project management functions.
Scope of Services:
The selected candidate will:
- Provide project and resource management support
- Assist project/program managers with documentation, facilitation, and reporting
- Lead or support activities related to hiring, onboarding, and team coordination
- Maintain internal documentation, SharePoint sites, and PowerAutomate workflows
- Support ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise tools
- Promote a communicative and collaborative team culture
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support administrative and project-related activities within the PALM Remediation Program
- Document business processes, procedures, and workflows using diagrams and visuals
- Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Use ServiceNow for time, configuration, and service management
- Track and manage tasks and backlogs in Azure DevOps
- Maintain SharePoint sites and manage document libraries/workflows
- Support hiring processes – resume review, screening, interview coordination
- Handle onboarding logistics and user orientation for new hires
- Conduct training tracking, hours management, and staff coordination
- Foster effective team communication and collaboration
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
- Equivalent experience may substitute for formal education
Required Experience:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience analyzing business tasks and creating workflows
- Experience onboarding and training employees
- Familiarity with government operations, particularly in Florida (preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint, PowerAutomate, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow (highly desired)
- Understanding of Agile project team operations (highly desired)
- Experience in process improvement, PO tracking, and administrative coordination
