Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a memorable dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offer menu recommendations, and upsell specials.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary accommodations.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace and efficiency.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of Thai cuisine or a willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
