Sisterson & Co. LLP, a regional CPA firm located in Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring qualified candidates to join our Consulting Services Practice team. We are seeking local candidates to serve as our next Consulting Associate.

Consulting Associates deliver quality consulting services to clients of the firm. Consulting Associates assist with collateral field examinations for commercial lenders. A collateral field examination is an on-site visit that focuses on the review and testing of the quality of the bank’s collateral, reliability of the company’s books and records, and adequacy of financial controls. Successful candidates also have the potential to work on other consulting services projects such as quality of earnings, fraud investigations, forensic accounting, valuations, and acquisition due diligence.

You will succeed in this role if you:

• Enjoy the banking or public accounting industry and want to continue advancing in your career
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting related field or MBA
• Bring 1 year of experience performing collateral field exams (preferred not required)
• Provide excellent technical and project management skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Effectively communicate, both verbally and in written form
• Exhibit an advanced level of professionalism and customer service when representing the firm
