What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bindery Operator - 2nd shift position at SITE Staffing, Inc?
2nd shift, Monday-Friday and every other weekend, with one day off during the week, 3pm-11pm
Pay: $17-$20/hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Prepare for the job by reviewing job specifications, schedule and making adjustments to ensure proper
equipment set-up.
2. Visually inspect the inserts prior to, during and after run time to ensure they are correct and meet quality standards.
3. Reads and understands job tickets for specifications and instructions
4. Performs preventative maintenance tasks regularly to keep equipment in good working condition. Maintains records of frequently used parts, (i.e. blades, sticks etc.) and ensures they are changed appropriately.
5. Programs and operates cutters. Counts out samples of each job.
6. Set up and use the right-angle folder.
7. Set up and use of trimming and perforating attachments.
