SITEC provides support services as required for continuous operation of the Software Support Activity Software Production Facilities including complete lifecycle services for our customers platforms.


Summary

Augment a well-established team as a business finance professional. This is a collaborative team environment that requires a willingness to take on challenges to creatively solve problems will be required. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and will support new development work as well as sustainment financial activities. Candidate will need to have agency experience in pulling financial reports/data from systems such as FACTS, CMIS, EDSS, and CDW. The business financial professional will need to have on the job purchasing and finance experience to be considered.


Responsibilities

The prospective candidate will assist with the validation and completion of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs). Candidate will assist with conducting End of the Year activities and the completion of Actual data calls. Candidate is expected to enter requisitions in the financial management system including all necessary information and documentation. Candidate will prepare non-complex Purchase Requests and Economy Act Orders (EAO) and their associated requisitions while processing incoming MIPRs and EAOs using standard BM&A process to ensure acceptance.


The prospective candidate will also create and maintain spend plans in the financial management system to document specified requirements by modifying requisitions and associated documentation to comply with procedures to assist in the obligation of funds. Candidate will assist Government Program Managers (GPMs) in tracking requisition requirements through the approval and certification process and to the subsequent destination. Candidate will need to have experience pulling financial reports/data from systems such as FACTS, CMIS, EDSS, and CDW and utilizing Microsoft suite to present data on data calls utilizing established the Agency acquisition and financial management policies, procedures, regulations, and tools.


Requirements

  • Active Top Secret//SCI with poly required at time of application.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in purchasing or finance required.
  • Four (4) years of DoD, IC, or 6 (six) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance focus experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • In lieu of two (2) years of experience, an undergraduate degree with a business focus is acceptable.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to include creating formulas and pivot tables is required.
  • Experience in the preparation of reports that reflect programs/project status in areas of cost, schedule and performance is required. Experience in budget planning, budget preparation and budget execution for acquisition programs is required.
