Position Overview
We have a need for a System Administrator on our End User Computing team located in our Roswell, GA office. Among other things, the System Administrator is responsible for Executive Support, Vendor Management, Licensing Management, Asset Management, Reporting, and Level 2 Service Desk support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated, highly responsive technical support to our executive team
- Administer Webex, Smartsheet, Scantron, Intune, Tanium, and Airwatch environments
- Create and regularly maintain our gold image for Windows equipment
- Facilitate the resolution of Major Incidents as a Major Incident Manager as required
- Assist with branch moves\openings\closings as needed
- Accurately maintain asset inventory of IT equipment in ServiceNow and other tools
- Professional documentation of all issues in ServiceNow
- Work with team members to efficiently solve problems
- Responsible for escalations from the Service Desk
- End-user technical support as needed
- Ability to be on-call on a rotational basis
- Ability to travel 10%
Skills We Are Seeking
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of technical support experience
- Extensive Network\Telecom troubleshooting experience
- Extensive Desktop\Server hardware and software experience
- Experience with thin-clients and Citrix infrastructure
- Physically capable of lifting items in excess of 40lbs
- Strong project management skills
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently and is self-motivated
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
