Position Overview
The training coordinator will be responsible for managing/coordinating live and online training events for our associate. The qualified individual will assist in scheduling, material printing, and other talent and org. development tasks to improve processes.
We are looking for a Training Coordinator who has proven experience planning internal events to support our instructor-led, online, and virtual associate development programs.
To be successful in this role candidates need to be detail oriented, have a passion for success, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
It is essential to have the ability to coordinate multiple projects of varying scope and size simultaneously working across teams including HR, category and various levels of the organization to ensure high-quality results.
KEY FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:
- Partner with business leaders to determine training calendar and support materials
- Execute training communications to support competing initiatives
- Assist the team with continuous improvement of training processes, systems, tools and resources
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees – Look for trends and opportunities
- Maintain updated curriculum database (Cornerstone) and training records
- Coordinate multiple training events
- Prepare and order educational aids and materials
- Assist associates with training registrations
- Communicate available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information
- Maintain a schedule of training courses
- Other duties as assigned
