We are a strong and growing credit union doing business in 24 southern Illinois counties with offices in Carbondale, Marion, Energy, Harrisburg and Metropolis. If you have the ability to provide a high level of customer service to our internal and external members, we would like to hear from you.
We are currently seeking a Member Service Representative for our CarbondaleWest location.
What you'll do:
- Build relationships with our community of members and employees
- Open and maintain all types of accounts including personal, trusts, business, HSA and IRA
- Process consumer loans from application through funding
- Work with internal team members to resolve member concerns/issues
- Strive to meet sales and service goals established by management each month
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma
- Bondable
- Two years related experience
- Great communication and analytical skills
- Eye for detail
- Enjoy helping others
