Job Title: Sales Specialist / Manager
Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities effectively.
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, particularly in smart factory automation, logistics, and IT services sectors.
Partnership & Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors in the smart factory automation and logistics industries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle by tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability while fostering long-term partnerships with clients and vendors.
Bring in Major Clients
- Identify, approach, and secure significant clients, particularly in sectors such as smart factory automation, logistics automation, smart factory building equipment, and IT services.
- Develop customized sales pitches and technical solutions for high-value clients in advanced manufacturing and supply chain automation industries.
- Maintain long-term relationships with major clients to drive recurring business, cross-selling opportunities, and referrals.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in smart factory automation, logistics, and infrastructure cabling for advanced manufacturing.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate emerging markets, including IoT-based smart factory systems, robotics, warehouse automation, and industrial IT solutions.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or technical certifications in automation, logistics, or IT services are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong focus on smart factory automation, logistics, or IT services.
- Proven track record in developing new business, managing sales pipelines, and securing major clients in advanced manufacturing and industrial automation sectors.
Skills
- Strong understanding of smart factory automation, logistics systems, and industrial IT services, including IoT, robotics, and supply chain solutions.
- Familiarity with infrastructure server network systems and smart factory building equipment.
