About the role

• We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. As a remote member of our Skell team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your role will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the growth of our company.

What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions
• Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments within the company
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide product and/or service information to customers
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries and concerns have been resolved
• Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience (remote experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong phone handling skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the consulting industry is a plus
