Real Estate Listing Specialist

Our top real estate agency is looking for a Listing Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position is not afraid to ask for business and backs their persuasiveness with top-notch customer service. This candidate will also have an in-depth knowledge of the area and current market conditions.

Compensation is commission-based, not salary.

$75,000 (commission based)

• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Constantly network to source new clients and grow the business
• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
• Follow up with customers who contact us through phone, email or web in a timely and efficient manner to maintain our customer service standards
• Conduct market analysis and work with clients to stage, price and market homes to achieve a quick sale
• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Contact all listing leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base
• Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes
• Handle contract process alongside Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
• Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests
• Prepare “comparable market analysis” to establish market value
• Contact buyers’ agents to review buyer’s qualifications and discuss the offer
• Prepare a listing presentation package with the above materials

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
