Coordinates with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Team on posting approved requisitions to begin the recruitment process. Provides recruitment support and can actively recruit for select positions, including sourcing and reviewing resumes. Delivers new employee’s orientation and onboarding; and recommends improvements to onboarding experience. Support employees when human resources issues arise by being a trusted, confidential resource. Recommends and implements culture enriching programs to foster a positive employer-employee relationship and overall work experience. Supports HR Leads by being the first point of contact for HR related questions and concerns. Uses HR software to manage all HR processes including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee benefits, exit processes. Supports preparation, launch and follow through of performance management processes. Coordinates employee surveys (onboarding, offboarding, etc) and develops analysis. Conducts exit interviews, analyzes responses and develops actionable recommendations based on data. Addresses employee relations matters in a timely and discrete manner, with supervision as appropriate. Reinforce the Firm’s policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employee experience. Understands local employee labor laws and regulations to assure compliance and conducts related research. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring federal and state requirements. Contributes to team effort by collaborating with local and Firmwide HR. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3 years of experience working in the human resources field. General knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, employment law and compliance. Experience supporting performance management processes. Ability to develop strong and collaborative relationships at all levels of the firm. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capability to ensure discretion when handling sensitive information. Strong document management and software skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Word/Docs) and HRIS experience (Workday preferred).
