Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Cullman, AL. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their boating needs, helping them select and purchase suitable boats, and offering exceptional service throughout their ownership journey. Additional duties include providing product demonstrations, developing a thorough knowledge of boat inventory, managing customer follow-ups, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members confidently and professionally.
• Experience in sales or retail environments, preferably in the marine or recreational industry, is a plus.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate product specifications, features, and benefits during sales presentations and consultations.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with solid time management skills to handle customer interactions and sales processes efficiently.
• Proficient in using basic computer software and CRM tools for tracking leads and managing sales activities.
• Passion for watersports, boating, and providing top-notch customer experiences is highly desirable.
