We are seeking skilled and reliable individuals for the following roles:
- Excavator Operator
- Concrete Laborers
- Construction Laborers
- General Laborers (Shoveling Rock, Trenching)
- Underground Utility Installers
- Underground Sewer Line Crew
Job Responsibilities May Include:
- Operating heavy equipment such as excavators safely and efficiently
- Pouring and finishing concrete
- Shoveling, grading, and site prep work
- Installing underground utilities and sewer systems
- Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, and backfilling
- Adhering to all job site safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or underground utility work preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
- Must be willing to travel between the Davenport and Clinton area
