Position summary:
As a member of the Sales Team, you will play a vital role in driving business, sustaining business, and providing an overall outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will work with and support the outside sales team to prepare project estimates, coordinate next steps, support customers, resolve matters as needed, enter notes into appropriate software, submit all necessary documents, close out sale, and follow up as needed.
Primary duties:
- Estimate creation – Data entry
- Administrative call and customer communication
- Administrative insurance providers follow up and communication
- Administrative documentation of calls and communications
Experience/Skills:
- Dependable and responsible
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Technology efficient and ability to learn new programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CAD Program knowledge preferred but none required
- Estimating software experience preferred, but none required
- Able to accurately type 40 wpm
- Able to follow systems/processes to perform job duties
- Task/goal driven to help reach Team and Company goals
- Clear and effective communication skills – written/verbal
- Ability to multi-task and think quickly
Job Type: Full-time // long term
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in office
Compensation: starting wage $20 /hour
