Security company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable.
- Ensure monthly service invoices are processed and sent correctly and promptly.
- post payments to accounts and research discrepancies.
- Invoice for labor, materials and extras as needed.
- Verify vendor invoices; apply to jobs and process for payment.
- Assist with month end and quarter end reporting.
- Help with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Must have accounting degree or possibly certification in accountancy.
- Strong understanding of account analysis and credit analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial services and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A background check will be required once offered; no felonies or misdemeanors.
Pay will depend on experience.
Salary : $20 - $23
