Shipping/Receiving Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of inbound and outbound shipments. This role ensures accuracy in shipping and receiving processes, maintains inventory records, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.

Pay Range: $27 / $30/hr

Duties

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and update inventory records.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing slips.
• Communicate with carriers and vendors to schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain organized records of shipments, receipts, and inventory adjustments.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to resolve shipping or receiving issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
