Lead Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding company products, services, and policies
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and other staff members
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging for catering and audiovisual equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Train and supervise other receptionists or administrative staff members
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in electronics, technical, or jewelry sales, is preferred
