The Expertise We’re Looking For:
· Prior Experience Working in Financial Services Industry (Preferred)
· Active State-Specific Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred and must be obtained within the first 3 months of start date)
· Series 65/66 (Preferred and must be obtained within the first year of start date)
· High School Diploma (Required)
· Bachelor’s or associate degree in finance or similar field (Preferred)
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
· Own and maintain advisor calendar appointments to make sure preparation work is complete
· Generate and provide various reports to advisor
· Participate in client meetings, track and complete follow up items generated in client meetings
· Take detailed notes and enter information into database for financial plan preparation and review
· Case design and illustrations of financial products best suited for client
· Assist in marketing out to prospects
· Assist in the firm’s marketing initiatives
· Prioritize day-to-day tasks and issues
· Assist advisor with meeting individual and team goals
· Operate with a proactive approach to advisors and clients
· Maintain database programs
· Respond to client inquiries as needed
· Complete and process servicing requests as needed
· Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers, or amendments
· Provide market research on various investments and amendments

Pay: $40,000-55,000 DOE and licensure
