What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Food And Beverage position at SkyBridge Luxury & Associates?
Director of Food & Beverage
Mountain West | Private Club Luxury Resort Community
This is not a typical F&B leadership role. This is hospitality in its most immersive form — where luxury service, private club culture, and outdoor lifestyle all intersect.
We are representing a high-end private club and luxury resort community set on nearly 1,000 acres of protected landscape, featuring a championship golf course, river access, luxury cabins, residences, and an expanding hotel component. The operation blends club exclusivity with resort-level expectations, serving discerning members, homeowners, and destination guests.
This position leads the entire Food & Beverage ecosystem across a multi-outlet environment that is both refined and experiential.
The Operation
- Multiple dining venues ranging from elevated clubhouse dining to casual outdoor and poolside concepts
- Active private event, member programming, and golf event business
- Strong banquet and social event component tied to member life
- High-touch service culture combining club familiarity with luxury standards
- Outdoor-driven setting where lifestyle is part of the guest experience
What This Leader Owns
- Strategic and operational oversight of all F&B outlets
- Leadership of department heads, culinary partnership, and service culture
- Budgeting, forecasting, labor strategy, and cost controls
- Elevating wine, beverage, and culinary programming for an affluent membership base
- Member engagement — this is relationship-driven hospitality, not anonymous volume
- Recruitment, training, and building a hospitality-forward culture in a seasonal luxury market
Ideal Background
We are targeting leaders who bring a blend of experience from:
- Luxury resorts
- Private clubs or member-driven environments
- Golf or lifestyle communities
- Multi-outlet F&B operations
Success in this role requires understanding how to:
- Serve owners and members who return weekly
- Deliver luxury-level service that feels natural and personal
- Lead teams in destination markets
- Operate sophisticated programs in environments where logistics and seasonality matter
The Lifestyle
This is a destination role for someone who values the outdoors, space, and a strong sense of place. Rivers, mountains, golf, fly fishing, and trails are part of daily life, and the community is built around shared experiences.
If you are an F&B leader ready for a high-visibility, culture-defining role where hospitality is deeply personal and the setting is exceptional, this is worth a conversation.
