SkyGrid, a Boeing SparkCognition Company, exists to open the sky for autonomous flight. Based in Austin, Texas, SkyGrid builds high-assurance third-party services to enable the safe operations and airspace integration of autonomous aircraft. SkyGrid also acts as a key operational nexus for advanced air mobility, integrating and managing data, infrastructure, access, and traffic to support seamless and efficient air traffic services.
The SkyGrid team is looking for aProduct Integration Manager whose role is to lead the deployment of the SkyGrid services to various customers across the globe. As Product integration manager,you will report to the Head of engineering and work in coordination with the Chief Product Officer, also you will lead a team of senior engineers with different backgrounds: airspace, system human factor. The Product Integration Manager is responsible for the timelines of the integration projects, for managing the priorities, coordinating the technical customer engagement activities and identifyingcustomer requirements.

- Engaging regularly with potential partners/consortium in US/EU and related bodies (FAA/EASA)
- Create and develop an integration plan for EU and US.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of system engineers, HF, UI designers and aerospace experts, nurture and grow the team.
- Be the forefront technical person during customer meetings and industry relevant events.
- During customer engagement activities, leads the team to analyze customer operational scenarios, producingvalue proposition, additionally translating customer needs into use cases and stakeholder requirements for the system team.
- Owns the short term and long-term Concept of Operations
- Leadthe deployment of the Skygrid services, coordinates with local authorities the requirements and activities needed to ensure secure and safe operations.
- Coordinate with other teams in the engineering organization (autonomy, system, software, testing),the development and the integration of functionalities with customers.
- Strong knowledge of the airspace construct, FAA part 91, part 135
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills, can deliver effectively vision and technical content at all levels to sector experts
- Previous experience (min. 5 years) as product development or product deployment lead
- Knowledge of the CNS NAS services (traffic surveillance, navigation, communication)
- Proven international industry success record
- Has proven industry experience in the UAS or UAM
- Prior work or in collaboration with, NASA, FAA, EASA, JARUS, RTCA in development or improvement or airspace systems, procedures, standards.
- Knowledge of the sUAS rules landscape.
- Understanding of NAS modernization effort (NAS Infosystem, Automatic Flight Rules, etc...).
- Knowledge of the CNS NAS services (traffic surveillance, navigation, communication)
